Hi, I’m Eileen, LCSW. I have a background as a strategic intervention life coach, and I love helping my clients set goals and move forward in the direction of their dreams. As a therapist, I have had success working with clients who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression. I am also passionate about helping people with relationship struggles and working on strengthening communication skills. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you!
I help people who are grieving and going through difficult transitions to process their pain and integrate the reality of their loss into their life moving forward.
